Changing Plans¶
Upgrading¶
- Takes effect immediately
- Prorated charge for remainder of period
- New limits apply right away
Downgrading¶
- Takes effect at end of billing period
- Keep current features until then
- Alerts over new limit will be queued

All new accounts include:
- 14-day trial of Professional plan
- Full feature access
- 1,000 trial alerts
- No credit card required
After trial:

- Or account becomes read-only

No, there are no setup fees for any plan.
Can I cancel anytime?¶
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Monthly plans stop at period end.
Do you offer refunds?¶
Monthly plans are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?¶
Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
